GIFTS IN HONOR OR MEMORY OF

My family and I decided to support Hearing Health Foundation through our family foundation because our son has lived with hearing loss since he was about five years old.  We wanted to support a charity that was actually making progress in medical research and we were particularly impressed with the Foundation's initiative in promoting and facilitating the Hearing Restoration Project.  Of particular importance to us was Hearing Health Foundation's mission in advancing research while still maintaining outreach to those individuals impacted by hearing loss as well as increasing awareness for all.  I only wish we had known about Hearing Health Foundation when my son first experienced his hearing loss 17 years ago as I would have been better informed, educated and had a place to turn to for additional resources.  Now that our son is 22 years old, he has found an avenue through Hearing Health Foundation to become an advocate so that others may gain insight from his experience.

You can support hearing loss research while making a meaningful gift in memory of someone special or in celebration of a loved one’s special occasion, such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary. 

Here’s how it works:

1. You select the name of the person to be honored or to be remembered.

2. You provide the name and address of person to be notified of your gift.  You complete any special instructions, such as “the gift is in honor of an anniversary or birthday.”

3. We will send the person to be notified a special letter from Hearing Health Foundation stating that you have a made a contribution in their name or in memory of their loved one. (We do not provide the dollar amount of your gift.)

4. We provide you with a thank you letter and tax receipt for your donation.
