Nadine Dehgan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hearing Health Foundation (HHF) since January 2016.

Prior to joining HHF as CEO, Dehgan started a management consultancy company in 2004, where she worked with dozens of charities around the world, including HHF. Previously Nadine held executive positions with Canada's Brandon University and a Humane Society in Canada. She has a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg and received an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Nadine has a very personal connection to both hearing loss and tinnitus as her father has tinnitus, her younger brother has had hearing loss since childhood and wears hearing aids, and her youngest daughter, Emmy, has hearing loss as a result of chronic ear infections, which have largely been corrected through surgical interventions.
