If you want to have a deep meaningful conversation, fuggetaboutit.

But the owner of Amali Restaurant on East 60th street says it’s time to tone it down a bit.

On May 15th, Amali, along with a group of other city restaurants will lower the noise inside to re-introduce a quieter atmosphere for people to converse in at dinner.

It’s all part of a project called “Turn down the volume” by the Hearing Health Foundation.
