Hearing Health Partners With GLM Communications
Hearing Health Foundation is pleased to announce it is partnering with GLM Communications on advertising sales for its quarterly magazine, Hearing Health. “We are thrilled to again partner with GLM,” HHF CEO Timothy Higdon says. “They bring deep knowledge of relevant industries and prior experience to the table.”
Hearing Health is the ultimate consumer resource on hearing loss and tinnitus, educating individuals about hearing loss and providing real-world solutions based on the latest research and technology.
Consumer readers rank Hearing Health as their number one source, after their hearing healthcare professionals, for information on issues related to hearing and tinnitus. Based on a 2017 reader survey, 67 percent say they use hearing aids and 15 percent say they use cochlear implants. The average readership age spans 55 to 74 years old.
Each quarter, roughly 20,000 issues are sent to professionals who opt in to receive it for free: to waiting rooms at ENT and audiology offices, senior homes, Veterans Administration hospitals, and pharmacies. About 40,000 issues are sent to individual consumer subscribers, who also have opted in and receive it for free. The magazine is featured on Hearing Health Foundation’s social media and distributed at professional trade conventions. To learn more, see the Hearing Health media kit.
