The Second Annual Hear, Hear for Holiday Cheer
The 2nd Annual Hear, Hear for Holiday Cheer presented by HHF's National Junior Board was held on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6 - 8pm at Connolly's Pub in NYC.
Racing to Cure Hearing Loss
On July 14, Ben, Chris, and Kristie teamed up for the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon and raised over $4,000
for Hearing Health Foundation! Each team member tackled a different part of the race; swimming, biking, and running. The team decided to bring attention to the 1 in 5 Americans affected with hearing loss. Kristie is one of them as she was diagnosed with a rare degenerative hearing loss six years ago. She is now an activist and member of HHF's National Junior Board. View photos from the Triathlon.
A Summer Soiree
On Tuesday, June 11th, Hearing Health Foundation’s National Junior Board held A Summer Soiree, a benefit to support a cure for hearing loss. Over 230 young professionals from the New York City area came together for an evening of food and fun overlooking the Hudson River. Murphy Goode provided the wine and Blue Moon and Samuel Adams provided the beer that were enjoyed as the DJ played throughout the evening. In the spirit of summer, handmade artisanal S’mores were created by S’mores & More. The event featured a silent auction with diverse items including vacation packages, spa treatments, sports memorabilia, and more. In total, the Junior Board raised over $22,000 towards hearing research.
HHF and Gordon Hearing Conservation Provide Free Hearing Screenings

Hear, Hear for Holiday Cheer: A Benefit to Support a Cure for Hearing Loss
